By accessing or using the services provide. d by R31 MX & Adventure, including coaching sessions, events, bike hire, memberships, and this website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Overview

These Terms apply to all participants, website users, and customers (“you”, “your”) engaging with R31 MX & Adventure (“we”, “our”, “us”). By booking a service, participating in a session, or accessing our site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and Participation

• Participants must meet the age, skill, and safety requirements for their chosen activity.

• Children under 18 must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.

• Riders must be physically and mentally fit to participate.

• R31 reserves the right to refuse participation for safety or behavioural reasons.

3. Bookings and Payments

• All bookings must be made through our official channels (website, email, or phone).

• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

• Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may change without notice.

• No refunds for no-shows or late arrivals.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Cancellations more than 72 hours before the session: full refund or reschedule

• Cancellations within 72 hours: reschedule only (subject to availability)

• Cancellations within 24 hours or failure to attend: no refund or reschedule

• R31 may reschedule due to weather, track conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. You’ll be notified and offered a new date or credit.

5. Safety and Risk Acknowledgement

Motocross and off-road riding carry inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge:

• You accept full responsibility for your own safety (or your child’s).

• You understand the physical risks involved, including the potential for injury or damage.

• You release R31 MX & Adventure, its staff, and partners from liability for injuries, losses, or damages incurred during participation.

All riders must:

• Wear appropriate safety gear (helmet, gloves, goggles, long sleeves, pants, sturdy boots).

• Follow all coach instructions and track rules.

• Report any injury or unsafe condition immediately.

6. Bike Hire Conditions

If you are hiring a dirt bike from R31:

• Bikes must be used only during the supervised session and returned in good condition.

• Any damage caused by negligence may be billed to you.

• R31 reserves the right to cancel or end a hire if safety rules are not followed.

7. Club Memberships and Online Access

Club members enjoy benefits including access to online forums, resources, and virtual events like R31 Pitstop. By joining, you agree to:

• Respect others in the community and maintain a supportive, inclusive environment.

• Avoid sharing your login or materials outside the membership.

• Refrain from posting offensive or inappropriate content—violations may result in termination of membership without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the R31 website, including videos, courses, coaching materials, branding, and merchandise designs, is protected by copyright.

You may not:

• Reproduce, republish, or redistribute our content without written permission.

• Use our name or logo without approval.

9. Marketing and Media Consent

By participating in events or sessions, you consent to R31 MX & Adventure capturing photos or videos that may be used in promotional material. You may opt out by notifying us in writing prior to the event.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, R31 MX & Adventure will not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Injury or harm resulting from your participation

• Errors, delays, or service interruptions

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the new effective date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory and NSW and are applicable federal legislation.

13. Affiliation and Compliance with Governing Bodies

R31 MX & Adventure is proudly affiliated with Motorcycling NSW and Motorcycling Australia. As part of this affiliation:

• We operate under the governing rules, policies, and codes of conduct established by these bodies.

• All official coaching sessions are conducted with valid Motorcycling Australia Coaching Permits.

• Rider participation in endorsed programs requires appropriate rider insurance or licensing as stipulated by Motorcycling Australia.

• We are committed to maintaining high standards of safety, professionalism, and regulatory compliance in all activities.

It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure they have the correct MA licence or insurance coverage before attending any session. R31 staff will provide guidance on how to obtain these if needed.
