Great Weekend for the team!
â

Joshua McCloskey â NSW State Titles (85cc & 125cc)
Joshua McCloskey lit up the track at the NSW State Titles with a performance that demanded attention. On his 85cc, he was a force to be reckoned with, delivering an incredible 1-1-2 scorecard to take the overall win against some of the toughest competition in the state. Stepping up to the 125cc class, Josh proved heâs got what it takes, battling through a stacked field to finish 4th overall with a gritty 5-6-3. Dominant on the small bike and fearless on the big oneâthis was a breakout weekend that showcases his rising potential. Huge effort, huge result!
âRafael â Bega (125cc)
Rafael came out swinging at Bega, claiming back-to-back wins in Moto's 1 and 2 and showing serious speed and control. But Moto 3 brought unexpected chaosâhis Kawasaki cut out mid-air over the finish line tabletop, sending him flying while the bike cartwheeled behind him. Early signs pointed to electrical issues, likely caused by wet conditions and pre-race pressure washing. Despite the drama, Raf walked away ready to regroupâand came back firing at the next round in Dubbo.
Raffael â NSW State Titles Dubbo (125cc)
In Dubbo, Raffael showed what real resilience looks like. After qualifying 3rd fastest, he faced a rough start to the weekendâcrashing early in Moto 1 and pushing through with twisted bars. Moto 2 saw a calm and calculated ride that landed him a solid 3rd, while Moto 3 started with a textbook holeshot before a mechanical issueâleaking fork sealsâput oil on the brake rotor. A crash and fading brakes followed, leaving him to salvage 8th. It wasnât the weekend he hoped for, but Rafâs grit, determination, and refusal to quit proved heâs made of the right stuff.
Cant wait for next weeks racing at East Coast Appin!
